Semarang, August 8, 2025 – Lecturers from the Tax Accounting Study Program participated in a training session on the CoreTaxify application on August 8, 2025. CoreTaxify is a web-based tax practicum application designed to support interactive and practical tax learning. It features a tax system simulation that closely resembles the Coretax application used by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), providing a learning experience that mirrors real-world practice. Through this application, users can systematically explore various aspects of taxation—from filling out tax forms and managing tax data to reporting—using a digital approach that is easily accessible.
This training was organized as part of the Study Program’s efforts to enhance lecturers’ competencies in educational technology, particularly in adopting teaching methods that are responsive to developments in the professional and taxation industry. The integration of the CoreTaxify application into the learning process is expected to improve the effectiveness of tax practicum courses and help students better understand tax theories in a more concrete and practical manner.
This initiative also reflects the commitment of the Tax Accounting Study Program to promoting digital transformation in the academic environment and preparing graduates who are competent and ready to compete in a technology-driven industrial era.
