Tax Accounting Students of Undip Vocational School Accepted in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) Program at Asia University

Students from the Tax Accounting Study Program, at Diponegoro University Vocational School (UNDIP), have successfully achieved brilliant achievements by being accepted into the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) program in 2024. The student is Nisrina Zakiyah Praulfayitna, she will undergo an international student exchange program at Asia University, Taiwan, one of the leading universities in Asia known for its excellence in the fields of business and accounting.

The Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) is a program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This program aims to provide opportunities for Indonesian students to experience studying abroad and broaden their horizons in an international academic and cultural environment. With the acceptance of UNDIP Vocational School students in this program, it is hoped that it can increase global competitiveness and make significant contributions to academic and professional development in the future.

The selected students will undergo a program at Asia University for one semester, where they will take various courses in the field of study of Tax Accounting and participate in cultural and social activities. This program is expected to provide new insights and direct experience in the education system and life in Taiwan.

Lecturer of the Tax Accounting Study Program at UNDIP Vocational School, Drs. Dul Muid, M.Sc., Akt., stated that the acceptance of students in the IISMA program is proof of the quality of education and guidance provided by UNDIP Vocational School. “This is one of the many steps we take to ensure that our students have superior competence and qualifications in facing the challenges of the global workplace,” he added.

With this achievement, Diponegoro University, especially the Vocational School, continues to be committed to providing full support to its students in achieving various opportunities and achievements at the international level. The IISMA program at Asia University is one of the real proofs of this effort.
