Diponegoro University has implemented a capacity building program for the Vocational School, which was held in Bromo on 7-9 June 2024. This activity aims to improve the abilities and skills of teaching staff and administrative staff of the Undip Vocational School in order to improve the quality vocational education.
This program is part of Undip’s commitment to continue developing human resources who are competent and ready to face challenges in the world of work. Capacity building activities not only provide refreshment for vocational employees with recreation but also include workshops and discussions focused on developing pedagogical, managerial and information technology competencies.
Apart from that, this activity is also expected to strengthen cooperation and synergy between sections within the Vocational School environment. Participants had the opportunity to share experiences, ideas and the best solutions in facing various challenges in the field of vocational education.
