Semarang, October 20, 2025 — Tax Accounting Study Program, Vocational School, Diponegoro University, successfully held the Workshop on Updating Participatory Learning Plan Documents and Impactful Internship Procedures at Hotel Horison Inn Antawirya Semarang on Monday, October 20, 2025.

The event was officially opened by the Head of the Applied Tax Accounting Study Program, Apip, S.E., M.Si., followed by remarks from the leadership of the Vocational School, Diponegoro University. The workshop was attended by all lecturers of the Applied Tax Accounting Study Program with the aim of strengthening the implementation of participatory learning based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and developing impactful internship procedures integrated with the curriculum.

In the first session, Dr. dr. Sri Winarni, M.Kes. delivered a presentation on Strengthening Impactful Internship Practices to Support Participatory Learning, emphasizing the importance of real work experience for students to enhance professional competence and industry readiness.

The second session was presented by Ahmad Firdhaus, S.T., M.T., who discussed Updating Participatory Learning Plan Documents and OBE-Based Portfolios, focusing on aligning learning outcomes, teaching methods, and outcome-based assessment.

In addition to the presentations, lecturers also participated in an independent working session to update the learning plan documents and portfolios for each course. The outcomes of this workshop are expected to strengthen the participatory learning system within the Applied Tax Accounting Study Program and ensure the integration between classroom learning and students’ internship experiences.

The workshop ran smoothly and interactively until the afternoon and concluded with a group photo session.

This workshop serves as a concrete step by the Applied Tax Accounting Study Program, Vocational School, Diponegoro University, in maintaining academic quality and aligning the learning process with the dynamic needs of the workforce.
