Semarang – The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) continues to strengthen Indonesia’s tax administration digital transformation through the DJP Goes to Campus program, which was held at the Vocational School of Universitas Diponegoro (SV UNDIP) on 29 January 2026, from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB. The program aimed to provide education, understanding, and hands-on practice on the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS), as well as Coretax account activation services and tax helpdesk assistance for the academic community.

The educational session featured speakers from the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes Central Java I, namely Eko Priyono, S.H., M.H. and Candra Tri Ananto, S.E., M.M. The speakers delivered comprehensive insights into CTAS as an integrated tax administration system, which serves as a key component of Indonesia’s ongoing tax reform and digitalization efforts.

During the event, students and lecturers of SV UNDIP had the opportunity to learn and directly practice the use of the Coretax system, enabling them to better understand digital-based tax administration processes currently implemented by DJP. This practical session provided applied knowledge that is highly relevant to current professional practices in the taxation sector.

In addition to the educational and practical sessions, DJP also provided Coretax account activation services and an on-site tax helpdesk, offering direct assistance on various tax administration matters, including account activation, data updating, and the use of digital tax services. These services received positive responses from students, lecturers, and educational staff of SV UNDIP.

The DJP Goes to Campus program is in line with SV UNDIP’s commitment to producing graduates who are work-ready, adaptive to digital transformation, and equipped with taxation competencies that meet the needs of industry and government institutions. Collaboration between DJP and higher education institutions is expected to enhance tax literacy and strengthen the role of young generations in supporting national development.

Through this program, the SV UNDIP academic community is expected not only to gain theoretical knowledge of taxation but also to develop practical skills in modern tax administration systems, particularly the Core Tax Administration System, as essential preparation for future professional challenges.
